The flagship of our wine fleet boasts tastes and flavors reminiscent of the Côte de Blanc Champagnes in the Champagne region of France. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it yields effervescent notes of melon and peach, in contrast to a backdrop of cherry notes characteristic of Pinot Noir. Aged for 18 months on the lees in stainless steel, its biscuit flavor melds with hints of vanilla. The Grand Mark is inspired by our mentor and friend Claude Thibaut, one of the world’s preeminent Champagne makers.

Tabor Hill Winery is thrilled to add a Lake Michigan Shore AVA Brut Rosé to its already stellar portfolio of award-winning wines. This Brut Rosé perfectly balances fruit-forward flavors with delicate bubbles making it the ideal sipper for any occasion, big or small. Sporting a beautiful shade of pale salmon, the color alone alludes to the flavors of strawberry and raspberry characteristic of a traditional Provençal Rosé.

This exceptional varietal of 100% Pinot Meunier grapes comes exclusively from the shores of Lake Michigan, making it a truly unique sparkling wine that cannot be found anywhere else. As a close relative to Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier is reminiscent of the classic, delicate flavors of light cherry and pomegranate associated with Pinot Noir.
