Fermented in oak and aged in yeast lees, the buttery taste of our Chardonnay is the perfect wine for a lighter feel with a richer taste. With aromas of butterscotch, lemon custard, and a subtle hint of pineapple, this complex wine features a long finish that will leave the soft flavor of vanilla and pear to satisfy your palate. A perfectly light wine feel with all of the high-impact flavor!

Picked from our own vineyards at the peak of ripeness, we put this Chardonnay through malolactic fermentation in oak barrels aged for 6.5 months. Its buttered toast notes come from the surrounding yeast lees.
